Welcome to the Red Wing Brewery
We are the first brewery in Red Wing to open its doors since 1951, and are proud to carry on the tradition of small-batch brewing right here in our city.
Come join us for authentic Red Wing craft beer, root beer and a menu of handmade pizzas, calzones and appetizers in Minnesota’s “Desirable City.”
We are currently open for dine-in service and carry-out service. You can review our menu and order online for carry-out or you can call us with your carry-out order at 651-327-2200, and pick it up here at the Brewery. We look forward to serving you!

Thai Chicken Pizza
This pizza starts with our crust made with dough from Hanisch Bakery, and is topped with creamy red curry peanut sauce, mozzarella, chicken marinated in red curry peanut sauce, red pepper, onion, crushed peanuts, and garnished with fresh cilantro. It pairs well with our JORDAN CREEK IPA.
